My boyfriend booked me a Swedish Massage at Thai Massage House Spa. Nina did my massage and it was WONDERFUL. So incredibly relaxing.
All the staff were very friendly. Communication regarding scheduling was great.
And the prices for services are great, especially for being in NoVa.

Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the little cover on the place where you put your face on the massage table was covered in makeup from a previous client. Other than that, everything was clean.

Will definitely return for another massage.

This is our favorite massage place in the DC area (and we've been to a number of places over the years)! My wife and I have been back about 5 times, each time with a different masseuse (we just go with whoever they assign to us), and each time has been great. The price is very reasonable, and service is very friendly. We do the "Thai oil" massage - a Thai-style massage with interesting pressure and stretching, but modified a little to be slightly more western-style - but their other massages are great, too.

An exceptional 90 minute deep tissue massage!

Consistently, the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. It is a most for athletes and will truly help in your recovery. Not for the faint, but we'll worth it, very relaxing atmosphere and super professional. Can not reccomend enough.

Was feeling like a walking knot and needed a much needed massage. Reviewed all of the local places within the vicinity of my house. Read the overwhelming positive reviews and recommendations of Thai Massage House Spa. I was able to make an appointment via their website. I showed up, and was handed an intake form for health, medication and what I wanted to get from the services Id signed up. After a few moments, I was given a small walk to my room. Upon entering, I was pleasantly satisfied with the room for its darkness, sincerity and truly peaceful. After a brief meeting with my masseuse, I was given the opportunityto disrobe, and lay on the table. The next 90 minutes was truly heaven. I had the pleasure of being served by Niki, who was pleasant, knowledgeable and had the hands of a god! After waking from what seemed like a lifetime of minutes, my services had ended. I was given the opportunity to get myself together, and a cool cup of ice water. The entire experience was a 10/10, with tons of parking, clean lobby and a gorgeous spa area. I got a facial spa done with Kate today and she was really amazing. My face looked a lot different and it was super relax. The course has more than just facial mask, they also have the facial supplies which I can tell that this spa is more special than the other spa that I have been before.

I had a 90 minute Thai oil massage and literally never laid eyes on my therapist. That part was weird. Im a massage therapist myself so to not do an intake with the therapist was odd, but she was lovely and nice and said hello when she entered the room while I was face down. She had clearly read my written intake based on her work, which I was pleased with.

If youve never had a massage before, ask for light to medium pressure. The deep pressure is pointed, sharp, and deep. Ive got a bit of soreness on the left side of my neck and head today, but nothing major. I would return and try a traditional Thai massage if I had the time. Thanks, Wawa!

Amazing massage by Nina, definitely a good amount of pressure and great technique. I gave it 4 stars because the massage is great, but the location feels more like a clinic than a spa. Other locations really go the extra mile with a professional and relaxing atmosphere, and charge the same. But, if you're only interested in the skills, they definitely have it here.

Which was 90 min of original Thai massage which is performed on the a Thai massage that is is optional heated . Kate was absolutely amazing and professional. I choose a med to deep pressure and filled I. My chart where the pain is . This medical chart is detailed and professional so it advices Kate or other professionals what or if you have medical or prior medical conditions , if you are on any medical prescriptions and if you have any limited medical conditions . Me Im seeing a Accupunture and now seeing Kate for stretching and legging of my right muscles and assistance with progress healing in Jesus name ! I love it here! Highly recommend! I have been coming here monthly for over a year now. I usually get a 60min deep tissue full body massage by Mook and I always leave feeling 10x better. Its extremely affordable, a clean space, and everyone is very kind and professional. I call to book each month and theyve always been great about fitting me in with little notice. They also have QR codes for tipping so you dont have to worry about cash if thats not your thing. Also, there is a large free parking lot behind the building so no added stress. Cant say enough great things about this place!

Fantastic experience with the traditional Thai massage. My therapist was Bee and she did an amazing job. It was my first time getting the Thai massage and I booked it on Groupon. The facility was very clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The hot tea can definitely be improved but the overall experience was worth it. I will definitely return in the future.

Best massage I have had in the US

You havent had the best massage of your life if you havent yet been massaged by Darin at Thai Massage House Spa.

I had been getting sports and deep tissue massages much of my adult life to recover from running, cycling or weightlifting but found the massages offered at Thai spas are much better and more complete massages, mostly because of the incorporated stretching. Thai Massage House is the best in the area and Darin is the best of the best. She stretches and massages the muscles I didnt know I had but that were the primary sources of my soreness or stiffness.

She has really mastered the art of massage at a level I didnt know existed until I met her. Book Darin for the best massage youll ever have.

Have visited this location twice thus far and both were great! I have seen Bee on both occasions. My friends have seen others (didnt get their names) and they were great! They are accommodating, friendly, and work with you for appointments.

The last visit was around the holidays. It was great to see the decorations and be spoiled with a cupcake afterwards thank you!

I had been searching for a good masseuse and found the very best. The atmosphere is exceptional and the staff are so friendly and
professional. The massages I receive have replaced my physical therapy because my aches and pains have been remedied.

I got a deep tissue massage and a facial here. I enjoyed the experience. The salon was clean and the employees were all very nice here. The only thing I would say is that the massage was not as relaxing as I was hoping because the massage therapist was a bit more rough with my back and arms than I felt was needed. I ended up being very sore for several days, which made this less relaxing for me and more painful. Otherwise, it was a good place, and if you are looking for an in-depth deep tissue massage, this might work for you.

Best massage parlor in the area. I came to them about a year ago after I moved into the state. I couldnt move my neck from the move. It was terrible. They had me mobile within a session and I immediately became a member. After my mom started to have back problems I also got her a membership. What a pleasant surprise Thai Massage House Spa is! Pleasant service, a great massage that Im tied some significant knots in my back, shoulders, hips and legs. My therapist, Ploy, was spot on in locating exactly where those knots were hiding, and used just the right amount of pressure, increasing it gradually, to fully unknot the knots! She also speaks excellent English, so you can easily tell her what you like/need/dont like, etc. and shell understand immediately and proceed accordingly. And at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend the Thai/Swedish combo massage as it combines striking with stretching, whic really leaves you loose and relaxed.

I visited this amazing massage place after I heard about it from friends. I had 60 minutes full body deep tissue massage with (Wawa). She is incredibly good and so professional. I literally fall a sleep from the way she was massaging all my body and hitting the discomfort spots in an amazing way. All my body pain is gone. I had lower back pain and many discomfort places and their simply gone and I felt so fresh. My experience from calling the place for the appointment on the phone and the wonderful welcoming when I arrived till the last second when I left was wonderful and very friendly. Simply excellent service and wonderful staff. I will 100% go back there to have Thai massage or Swedish massage. I highly recommend this place without any doubt.. Good job Thai massage house spa. I've tried many different locations and different services around NOVA and Thai House Spa is the newest! I had my first message with Mam and chose an oil massage. She was kind, professional, relaxing, and productive at grinding all my knots out. The pricing for a first time customer was also a pleasant surprise! Would recommend.

I didnt need to ask her to adjust anything, I asked for medium pressure and she provided that, but was very communicative when she thought the pressure might be too much. I havent had a massage in a long time and was very tight from a lot of hiking I asked for deep tissue and Ploy did a combination of that along with some stretching to help my quads loosen up a little, it was just what I needed! This place is absolutely amazing. I've been coming here regularly for almost 3 years now and the massuers can do wonders! Today Mesa Tan (aka M@M) literally took away my 3 day long headache! I've been usually coming to see her - go with whatever issue you have and just watch the results happen right there! They also recently moved to a new location which is just stunning (and free parking right outside the office). amazing!

My partner and I are first timers at this location and my first time ever receiving a Thai massage. Both of our masseuses were phenomenal and they not only knew which areas on our bodies required additional care but also were somehow sensitive around our previously injured areas without us telling them.

It's been almost 10 months that I've been a member after finding them on Groupon. And it's been amazing! I don't have the best posture, I work hours behind a desk, I spend hours on my feet at weekend markets or lifting heavy shipments for my business, and my techniques at the gym could use some work. All this to say, I build up a lot of knots. But since coming here for 60mins every months, I've felt significant improvement in my movement and reduction in pain.

There's only 1 therapist that I would NOT recommend, but I don't want to call anyone out negatively. Pretty much everyone is great - and I've had 4 therapists because my schedule is a bit hectic and I just get in where I can fit it in.
